Quantities are pounds per quarter as the log states them. 24 of 36 logged certificates kept across 14 holders. Excluded: 9 certificates with no balance (void, cancelled or transferred out: 1996-002, 2001-003, 2001-009, 2010-003, 2010-004, 2020-003, 2020-004, 2020-005, 2020-006), and the carry-forward originals 2001-008 (reissued as 2020-001), 2001-005 (reissued as 2020-002), 2010-002 (reissued as 2024-002), which the log's own totals count twice. 2010-002 also showed NOx 2,869.20 lb/qtr that its replacement 2024-002 does not carry; it is not counted.
