For 2004 the Exchange holds recorded ERC prices from 3 California districts. NOx ran from $10,500 per ton in Mojave Desert to $22,000 in San Joaquin Valley. ROG / VOC ran from $4,500 per ton in Yolo-Solano to $11,250 in San Joaquin Valley. PM10 ran from $5,000 per ton in Mojave Desert to $33,000 in Yolo-Solano.
