ROG / VOC ran from $12,000 per ton in San Joaquin Valley to $22,000 in Yolo-Solano. PM10 ran from $5,200 per ton in Mojave Desert to $22,000 in Yolo-Solano. SOx ran from $7,500 per ton in Yolo-Solano to $8,000 in San Joaquin Valley. CO was recorded only in Yolo-Solano, at $750 per ton.
