ROG / VOC ran from $5,000 per ton in San Joaquin Valley to $25,641 in Yolo-Solano. PM10 ran from $17,500 per ton in Yolo-Solano to $20,000 in San Joaquin Valley. SOx was recorded only in San Joaquin Valley, at $10,000 per ton.
